    President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate one individual and designate one individual to serve in his Administration. The President intends to nominate James X. Dempsey, of California, to be a Member of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board for an initial five-year term expiring 01/29/13. The President intends to designate James A. Williams, of Virginia, to be Acting Administrator of the General Services Administration.
